No pictures to go with the recipes so it's difficult to get excited about anything in there. Cheap paper, black ink - not a fun book as it should be - item returned.
This is a fantastic book. There are more delicious ideas and recipes for fondue than I could’ve dreamt! Perhaps the most impressive part is the background knowledge and information that the author includes. Man, she knows her fondue, and her cheese!!! This is one cookbook that I will revisit time and again.
Loved this cookbook so much, especially the dessert fondues! A huge bonus are tare delicious condiments recipes as well, highly recommend to add to your cookbook collection!
This book is over 180 pages and is only 6.5" x 6.5". The book is small and thick and therefore will not lay open for a cookbook or recipe book and therefore not functional. Mine was an obvious previous return as grease or food was smeared on the front and the bottom part of the book binding was damaged.
Some of the recipes in here are great, but others you would never even close to try. Overall a fun book, especially for ideas if you alter recipes along the way like I do.
