Lynsay Sands has done it again with her usual Humour, chemistry, pace and a story to capture your imagination.
I adore the Argeneau Series, and being number thirty, you'd think it would begin to wane, but no, its just as good as the first I read a few years back.
I enjoyed the story, the pace, the excitement and the strong female lead, Allie. Add in a visit to old friends in Port Henry and the new characters to freshen up the series and I was ecstatic. The best thing about the series is that each book is standalone, with enough back story and explanation in each that you don't get lost. Personally, I'd start at book one though and just enjoy the awesome series and captivating characters.
I'm Just sad its over, but I will patiently be waiting for the next as I place my now read paperback on the shelf with its other twenty-nine brothers and sisters.
I may add that this is a series I visit often when I'm in a reading funk or need cheering up.
The paperback is now added to my shelves with its other 29 brothers and sisters.
The storyline was good evening knowing it takes a while to get to the juicy parts. I can't remember the character names now. with everything that happens to the woman character I was amazed at how much she went through and how strong she was and when she finally turn into Immortal I was glad that she was finally happy.
From the first book I read in this series I’ve been hooked, I love the Argeneau family and the tales of their bumpy road on the path to finding their soulmates and this book is no different. A pleasure to read and left me wanting more.
